Notification of Infringement
Fireview TV takes copyright and other intellectual property rights very seriously. It is Fireview TV's policy to expeditiously block access to or remove content that it believes in good faith may infringe the copyrights of third parties and to remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
Fireview TV has adopted a policy concerning copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe in good faith that any content residing on or accessible through Fireview TV's website or service infringes your copyrights, you may send a notice requesting that the material be removed or that access to it be blocked.
Required notice information
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed
- Identification of the copyrighted works claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Fireview TV to locate the material
- Contact information for the notifier, such as an address, telephone number, and e-mail address
- A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that the notifying party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner
Counter-notification
If you elect to send a counter notice, it must include your signature, identification of the removed or disabled material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your contact details together with consent to the applicable jurisdiction.

All notifications of claimed infringement with respect to Fireview TV's website or service should be sent to copyright@fireviewtv.com.
Only DMCA notices should go to the designated copyright agent. Other requests, feedback, or support questions should be directed through Fireview TV customer service.
