Refund policy for FireView digital downloads.

Digital download sales

FireView sells digital templates, guides, and downloadable resources. Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, duplicated, or delivered through Lemon Squeezy, the sale is generally final.

Technical access issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, contact support@fireviewtv.site and we will help resolve it. Include your order email, product name, and a short description of the problem.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact support with both order details so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund review

Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status, access history, technical issues, and payment processor requirements. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Chargeback prevention

Please contact FireView support before opening a payment dispute. We can review access issues, resend download instructions, and help confirm the product included in the purchase.
